What Is a Product on Podia?
A product is an item you sell or offer through Podia.
This includes:
Online courses: Structured learning experiences with multiple lessons.
Digital downloads: E-books, PDFs, audio files, or any downloadable content.
Coaching sessions: One-on-one sessions scheduled through your calendar app, purchased through Podia.
Bundle: A group of any of the above products that allows a single purchase to receive multiple items.
Creating a New Product
Here's how to create a new product on Podia:
From your home feed, click on your site name and select Admin from the dropdown menu.
From the Admin dashboard, click Products in the sidebar menu.
From the Products page, click "+ New Product".
Choose the type of product you want to create (online course, digital download, coaching session, or bundle), give it a name, and click Create product to create it.
Follow the on-screen instructions and fill in the required fields based on your product type — for example, adding lessons to a course, uploading files to a download, or connecting your booking link for a coaching session.
Each product type in Podia has its own setup, so the content you add will depend on what you’ve created.
Adjusting your product settings
After creating your product, you can customize it even further by using the navigation tabs at the top.
Add content: Upload files, add text, or embed videos.
The type of content you need to add will vary depending on the type of product you've just created.
Details: Set up product details, such as image, name, description & more.
Pricing: Set up the offer for your product and add upsells (if available).
Availability: Configure availability settings for your product, such as status, visibility, access & more.
Publishing Your Product
Once your product is ready, click Publish in the top-right corner to make it available to your audience.
Published products are ready to be shared and sold.
