Love the look of your Podia site, but want to add a little more of your own personality? We all have different styles; we get it!
You can choose from a beautiful selection of fonts for your site.
There are two options for selecting your fonts. You can either choose from our list of presets, or you can individually choose fonts for each element.
Setting up a font preset
Setting up a font preset allows you to quickly spin up your site without having to worry about customizing all of the different individual font elements.
It is a perfect way to get started or simply play around with pre-built presets and see how your site would look using different font combinations.
Here's how to set up a font preset for your site:
Access the Site builder and click on Design, on the upper menu. From there, select the Fonts option.
Click on "Preset" from the left-hand menu that opens.
Select a Preset from the list and the elements on your page will adjust accordingly!
A note about changes made to presets
Feel free to play around and customize different presets because the customizations are saved based on each preset.
Example: if you choose the Pillow preset and then make changes to it, you can either:
Go back to your original
Systemand all of the previous font customizations will be saved there.Choose a third preset and then go back to
Pillowand your customizations will remain in place!
If you don't like the changes you've made to the preset, you can always restore it to its defaults.
Be aware when it comes to restoring the System preset, because that will remove all of your font customizations made prior to choosing a preset.
Customizing font styles
Besides setting up font presets, you can customize individual font elements on your site.
This detailed level of control allows you to fine-tune specific areas of your site, helping you achieve the exact look you desire.
Here's how to customize individual font styles of your site:
Access the Site builder and click on Design, on the upper menu. From there, select the Fonts option.
On the left-hand menu, you'll see a couple of customization options for fonts.
Use the slider to adjust the base font size for fonts of your site. This will impact all fonts across your entire site.
Set up styles for different font elements of your site. Font styles can be controlled for:
Headings - Customize font properties of your site's headings, such as Titles, Subtitles, and Pretitles.
Paragraphs - Customize properties for fonts contained in your site's paragraphs.
Buttons - Customize properties for fonts contained in your site's buttons.
Navigation - Customize properties for fonts contained in your site's navigation menus, such as header and footer.
In addition to the typeface, you'll also get to adjust font weight, line height, letter spacing, case, and font sizes for each option!
Typeface: Refers to the visual design of the font
Font weight: Determines the thickness or thinness of the font lines
Line Height: Determines the spacing between lines of text
Letter Spacing: Determines the spacing between characters
Case: Refers to the way certain letters are capitalized with the body of text
Font size: Determines the overall size of the selected element for large, medium, and small font styles, as well as heading tags.

While you can control the base size of font elements across your headings, paragraphs, buttons, and navigation, you cannot control the size of fonts on a per-section basis.
