Remove customer product access

Learn how to remove a product from a customer's account so they can no longer access it.

There may be times you'll need to remove a customer from a particular product.

This will ensure customers are removed without deleting their profiles.

Removing a customer from a product won't cancel future installments for payment plans. If you would like to stop a payment plan from charging, you'll want to locate the sales invoice for the customer and cancel them from there.

  1. Click on Audience in the sidebar menu.

  2. You can now see all of your customers. Use the search bar at the top to look for a specific customer by name or email address.

  3. Open up the customer's profile by clicking on their name.

  4. Click on "..." and select Remove access next to the product you'd like to remove access for:

After that, you're all set! The customer will no longer have access to the product.

You can always add the customer back into the product, if needed! They will resume their progress where they left off, but delay settings will be reset to the date they were added last.
