Creating different versions of your product is a great way to increase sales and offer options that fit different customer needs.
While Podia doesn’t have built-in pricing tiers for a single product, you can create a similar setup by duplicating your product, pricing each version differently, and displaying them together on the same page so customers can choose the option that works best for them.
Here's how to set it all up! 🚀
Step 1: Duplicate the product and create new versions
The first step would be to duplicate the product and create the pricing tiers you want.
For example, you could duplicate your product and create higher-priced versions with additional content, included items, or extra perks.
Step 2: Configure your different product versions
Now it’s time to customize each version you created.
Edit each duplicated product and adjust the content based on what you want each offer to include. For example, premium versions might include extra lessons, additional videos, bonus downloads, or other added value.
You’ll also want to set the pricing for each version based on what’s included.
Once each version is set up the way you want, you’re ready for the next step.
Step 3: Display the different tiers on your site pages
For this next step, we’ll be displaying the different tier options side by side, so customers can compare their benefits and pick the offer they'd like.
From your home feed, click on your site name and select Admin from the dropdown menu.
From the Admin dashboard, click Website in the sidebar menu.
Select Edit site.
Navigate to the page you want to add these page sections to. Click on “+” to add a new page section, and then choose “Products” from the left sidebar:
From the sidebar options, select "Show specific products" and select the tiers you have created for your product.
Customize the content in this page section as needed, and use the description area for each column to highlight the extra perks and key differences between each product version.
You should end up with something like this:
Step 4: Wrapping things up! 🚀
Publish your changes and run a quick test to make sure everything is displaying correctly on your page.
If everything looks good, you can share the page link with customers so they can visit this page and choose the product version that best fits their needs.
