You'll get a 30-day trial to test Podia's features.
What's included in the trial period?
During your trial, you’ll have access to Podia’s core features so you can fully explore the platform and start building your business. This includes features like upsells, PayPal, affiliates, and more.
When it comes to email, the 30-day trial includes support for up to 100 subscribers, and you can send emails to those subscribers at no extra cost during the trial.
Note: Custom tracking codes are not available while your account is on a trial.
Can I purchase more subscribers while I'm on a free trial?
Purchasing additional subscribers while on a free trial isn’t supported.
To add more subscribers, you’ll first need to upgrade to a paid Podia plan (Mover, Shaker, or Earthquaker).
During the trial, you can test Podia’s email features with up to 100 subscribers.
What happens after the trial period ends?
Once your 30-day trial period ends, you'll be prompted to upgrade to a paid plan to keep enjoying Podia's features.
If you don't upgrade, your account will be canceled and content will be fully deleted after 180 days.
If your trial expires, here's what will happen:
Your site will be unpublished and will no longer be accessible to you and your customers
You won't be able to access your account and admin dashboard
All recurring subscriptions and payment plans will be canceled
Your custom domain will be disconnected
Will my account get deleted if I don't upgrade?
If you don't upgrade, your account and content will be fully deleted after 180 days.
Can the trial period be extended?
We typically don’t extend trial periods beyond 30 days.
However, we understand that everyone’s needs are different, and we’ll consider extensions if necessary.
Please contact the support team with your request, and we’ll review it on a case-by-case basis.
Do I need a credit card to get started?
No credit card is needed to sign up for the 30-day trial.
You can explore all the features during the trial period, and when you’re ready to upgrade, you can connect your payment method.
Upgrades take effect immediately.
Is it easy to switch plans?
Yes, you can upgrade, downgrade, or switch between monthly and annual billing anytime.
Switching from annual to monthly will take effect after your annual plan expires. However, switching from monthly to annual starts immediately.
Downgrades will apply after your current billing cycle ends, while upgrades take effect right away.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes, you can cancel your paid plan at any time.
Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
Once your plan is canceled, your site will be taken offline, and your products will no longer be accessible.
If you do not resubscribe to a paid plan, your data will be permanently deleted after 180 days.
