How many trial days will I get?
You'll get a 30-day trial to test Podia's features.
What's included in the trial period?
During the trial period, all of Podia's features are available for you to test.
During the 30-day trial, your email features are limited to 100 subscribers, and adding team members isn’t available.
Upgrading to a paid Podia Email or Podia Teams plan isn’t possible while on a trial.
To unlock these upgrades, you’ll need to upgrade to a paid base plan first.
Can I purchase add-ons (Podia Email and Podia Teams) while on a Free trial?
Purchasing add-ons while on the free trial isn't supported.
If you want to purchase an additional Podia Email or Podia Teams plan, you must first upgrade to a paid Podia base plan.
During the trial period, you will be able to test the email features up to 100 subscribers and won't be able to add additional team members.
What happens after the trial period ends?
Once your 30-day trial period ends, you'll be prompted to upgrade to a paid plan to keep enjoying Podia's features.
If you don't upgrade, your account and content will be fully deleted after 180 days.
If your trial expires, here's what will happen:
Your site will be unpublished and won't be accessible anymore
You won't be able to access your Podia dashboard
All recurring subscriptions and payment plans will be canceled
Your custom domain will be disconnected

If you don't upgrade, your account and content will be fully deleted after 180 days.
Can the trial period be extended?
We typically don’t extend trial periods beyond 30 days.
However, we understand that everyone’s needs are different, and we’ll consider extensions if necessary.
Please contact the support team with your request, and we’ll review it on a case-by-case basis.
Do I need a credit card to get started?
No credit card is needed to sign up for the 30-day trial.
You can explore all the features during the trial period, and when you’re ready to upgrade, you can connect your payment method.
Upgrades take effect immediately.
Is it easy to switch plans?
Yes, you can upgrade, downgrade, or switch between monthly and annual billing anytime.
Switching from annual to monthly will take effect after your annual plan expires. However, switching from monthly to annual starts immediately.
Downgrades will apply after your current billing cycle ends, while upgrades take effect right away.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes, you can cancel your paid plan at any time.
Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
Once your plan is canceled, your site will be taken offline, and your products will no longer be accessible.
If you do not re-subscribe to a paid plan, your data will be permanently deleted after 180 days.
