However, there may be certain spaces you want to keep locked for announcements or management purposes.

In this article, we’ll guide you through the steps to prevent members from posting in a specific space.

Preventing members from posting in a space

Here's how to prevent members from posting in a specific space:

  1. From your home feed, click on your site name and select Admin from the dropdown menu.

  2. From the Admin dashboard, click Spaces in the sidebar menu.

  3. Click the Edit icon next to the space you'd like to edit.

  4. Under Space options, check the "Only you can create posts" option.

  5. Click on Save to save your changes.
