How to remove your credit card information

Learn how to remove your payment information from your customer account.

Deleting your credit card information from your customer account is super easy. Here's how to do it:

  1. Log in to your customer account. After you've logged in, click on your profile picture and select Settings.

  2. Scroll down until you find the Billing section.

  3. Click on Edit next to Payment method, to update your credit card details.

  4. Click on Remove to remove the connected payment method from your customer account.

    • Be sure to register a new credit card if you have an active subscription. Multiple failed charge attempts will block you from accessing your content.

  5. Confirm the removal of your card. You won't be able to make new purchases without a connected payment method.
