You can add a member to a free community plan by simply entering their email address.
They'll receive an email letting them know they've been added and will be able to access the community going forward.

Adding a member to a free plan
Here's how to add a member to a free community plan:
From your Podia dashboard, click on Community in the sidebar menu and select the Plans sub item.
Click on the “...” option next to the free community plan you want to add someone to and select “Invite customer.”
Enter the email address of the person you want to add and click “Invite customer”.
And that’s it! Invited customers will receive an email and they'll need to click on the link from the email to complete their registration.
If they already have an account, the community plan will become automatically available on their account.

Can I add members to a paid community plan?
While you can create a 100% off coupon and email it to them, you CANNOT manually add someone to a paid community plan.
The reason for this is that paid community plans create a subscription in your payment processor, and there's currently no way to add a member to a paid community plan without doing so.
