Account actions that trigger system-generated emails

Depending on how you use Podia, your customers may receive automated emails related to your products, community, and other account activity or notifications.

At a high level, these triggers include, but are not limited to:

  • Billing information

  • Confirmation email after a successful purchase

  • Email follow-up after a failed payment

  • Podia chat notifications

  • Password resets

  • Community notifications

  • Subscription plan trial expiration date reminders

  • Event registrations and reminders

Can I customize transactional or system-generated email notifications?

Currently, it is not possible to customize these automated emails. If this is a feature you'd like to see added in the future, let us know by submitting a feature request!

What email address do system-generated emails come from?

System-generated emails come from [email protected], with a reply-to of your Podia login email.

Help! My customer isn't receiving one of these emails.

In cases where a customer is not receiving one of these automated emails, have them check their spam and promotions folder first!

Next, we recommend that they search all emails for any communication from [email protected].
