Product discussions are a great way to encourage conversations directly within your product, keeping customers engaged without needing to redirect them to other platforms.
Both you and your customers can create discussion topics and interact with each other right from your products.
In this article, we’ll explore how to use product discussions to engage with your customers on Podia.
Introduction
Discussions provide a dedicated space within your products to connect and engage with your customers.
You can start conversations by creating discussion topics that interest your audience, such as asking questions, sharing updates, or gathering feedback.
Customers can engage in discussions by liking and commenting on posts. If not restricted, they can also create their own discussion topics.
Discussions are easily accessible within your products under a dedicated tab, separate from your product content.
