Learn how to manage your Shop settings

Written by Rodrigo

Shop settings let you control how your Shop appears to members and customize their browsing experience.

In this article, we’ll show you how to manage your Shop settings.

Managing your Shop settings

Here's how to manage your Shop settings:

  1. From your home feed, click on your site name and select Admin from the dropdown menu.

  2. From the Admin dashboard, click Settings > Shop in the sidebar menu.

  3. Click Edit next to the Shop page option.

  4. Choose the option you'd like to modify.

Shop settings

Let's take a look at all of the available options:

Name and icon

Define the name and icon you'd like to use for your Shop in the Home and Product pages for members.

This defines how your Shop page will be displayed in the Home sidebar for your members.

For name, you can pick 6 available names:

  • Shop

  • Store

  • Catalog

  • Resources

  • Library

  • Offerings

Show sidebar navigation item

Choose whether the Shop option appears in the Home sidebar for members.

Turn this setting on to display Shop in the Home sidebar or turn it off to hide it.

Show button in Products page header

Choose whether a Shop button appears on the Products page for members. Displaying this button gives logged-in members a direct way to visit your Shop while browsing through products they already own.

Turn this setting on to display the Shop button on the Products page or turn it off to hide it.

Banner

Upload a banner image that appears at the top of your Shop page.

  • We support PNG, JPEG, GIF, or WEBP up to 5MB

  • There isn’t a required size for the Shop banner because the image will stretch to fit the available area.

    • For more consistent results across different screen sizes and areas of your site, we recommend using an image that is 1344 × 200 pixels.

Default product filter

Choose the default product filter members see when they visit your Shop.

Use this setting, for example, to display a specific product type (e.g. courses) by default when the Shop page first loads.

Available options:

  • All: displays all product types

  • Courses: only displays courses

  • Coaching: only displays coaching

  • Downloads: only displays downloads

Default product sort

Choose the default sort order members see when they visit your Shop.

Use this setting to control how products are arranged when the Shop page first loads for your members.

Available options:

  • Name: Show products in alphabetical order.

  • Price: Show the lowest-priced products first (including free and waitlist ones).

  • Newest: Show the most recently added products first.

Default product layout

Define if your Shop layout displays in a Grid or List view.
