Each product in your Shop has its own product page, where members can review the product details, available pricing offers, included spaces, and more before making a purchase.
In this article, you'll learn how to customize the shop page for an individual product by using the Shop tab in the product editor.
Customizing a product's shop page
Here's how to customize the product shop page for a specific product:
From your home feed, click on your site name and select Admin from the dropdown menu.
From the admin dashboard, use the sidebar menu and click Products.
Click the Edit icon next to the product you'd like to update.
Navigate to the Shop tab in the product editor.
Use the available options to customize your product's shop page.

The following customization options are available in the Shop tab of the product editor.
Featured media
Add images and videos to your Shop product page to help members preview your product and understand what’s included. The media will appear in a carousel that members can browse.
You can include sales videos, product images, previews, and other supporting media to showcase your offer and provide more information before a member purchases.
Use the available field to select media from your Files Library, or upload a new file from your device. Only image and video files are supported.
Additional details
Add an Additional details section to your product's shop page to share more information about the product.
You can use this section to explain what’s included, provide important context, or add any other details members should know before purchasing.
Content added here will only appear in your Shop. It won’t affect the product hub, sales pages, or other areas where the product appears.
Use the Title field to name the section and the Body field to add the information you want members to see.
Page sections
Customize the order and visibility of sections on an individual Shop product page. You can rearrange sections or hide information that isn’t relevant, giving you more control over how members view this specific product.
Leave Customize sections turned off to use the order and visibility defined in your default Shop product page settings.
Turn Customize sections on to create a different section layout for this product's shop page. These changes will only apply to the selected product.
Check or uncheck the options you'd like to display on your product's shop page.
The following sections are available:
Featured media: Displays images and videos in a carousel format.
About: Displays the product description.
Contents: Displays a table of contents containing all the product’s sections, lessons, and/or files.
Additional details: Custom section where you can share additional information about the product.
Included products: Displays included products included with the offer.
Included spaces: Displays community spaces included with the offer.
Included events: Displays events included with the offer.
To change the order in which sections appear on your product's shop page, drag and drop each section into your preferred position.
Product details
Customize the visibility of product details on an individual Shop product page. You can show or hide information that isn’t relevant, giving you more control over how members view this specific product.
Leave Customize sections turned off to use the visibility defined in your default Shop product page settings.
Turn Customize sections on to control product details visibility for this specific shop page. These changes will only apply to the selected product.
Check or uncheck the options you'd like to display on your product's shop page.
Available options:
Type: Displays a badge with the product type (e.g. course, download, coaching)
Sign up limit: Displays how many seats are left if your product has sign up limits enabled.
Duration: Displays for how long a member will have access to this product if you have access duration enabled.
Start date: Displays the start date of the product if you have it enabled.
Description: Displays the product description.
Categories: Displays category badges on the product's shop page.
Discord access: Displays a Discord access badge on the product's shop page if you have it enabled.
Included product count: Displays an included products count if you've added any included products.
Included events count: Displays an included events count if you've added any included products.
Included spaces count: Displays an included spaces count if you've added any included products.
List of items the product is included in: Lists other products this product is included in.
