Learn how to add a banner page section to product and events sales pages

The Banner section is a fantastic way to highlight product/event information directly on your sales page.

With this section, you can easily add buy buttons, sales videos, and images, making it simple for customers to see and purchase what you're offering.

Product banner page sections can only be added to products and events sales pages. ​It won't be available on other pages of your site.

Adding a banner section

Here's how to add a banner section to your product's sales page:

  1. From your home feed, click on your site name and select Admin from the dropdown menu.

  2. From the Admin dashboard, click Website in the sidebar menu.

  3. Select Edit site.

  4. Navigate to one of your product/events sales page.

    Click the page navigation menu at the top left and then click on one of your product/event sales pages.

  5. Hover over the spot where you want to add a new section to trigger the Insert Section command.

    Click the “+” symbol to add a section, then choose Banner from the left-hand menu.

  6. Pick from one of the pre-made design options from the left-hand menu.

    You can choose to feature a single product or display multiple products from the available pre-made design options.

  7. The design option you picked will be added to your page.

Customizing a banner page section

Now that your banner page section has been added, it is time to customize it!

From the left-hand menu, use the Content and Design tabs to modify your page section.

Content tab

You can use the Content tab to modify the content of your product banner page section.

Here's what you'll be able to customize:

  • Add, remove, and replace a product media (image or video)

  • Pretitle, Title, and subtitle of your section

  • Text content of your section

  • Sign-up button label

  • Product details: Use the toggles to select what types of product details you want to show up on your page. You can toggle each of these elements on and off to change how the product banner displays on your site.


    • Available options are:

      • price : the selected price for the product (ex: $20 or 2 payments of $10)

      • type : whether the product is a course, download, coaching session, webinar, etc.

      • description : the description you've added on your product details tab.

      • product availability : if the product is closed or open for new enrollments

      • community access : if the product grants access to a discord community

      • included items : this will show the number of lessons or files inside the product (ex: 1 file, or 10 lessons)

      • duration : if the product has an access duration set, this will show how long they will retain access

      • start date : the start date that was set for the product

      • included products count : if the product includes other products, this will list how many are included.

      • included products list : if the product includes other products, this will list all of the products that are included.

Design tab

You can use the Design tab to modify the design of your product banner page section.

How does the banner section work with waitlists or closed offers?

The Product banner page section is a dynamic section, meaning it will change based on your product's settings.

Here's what your product banner section will look like if you have waitlisted and/or closed products.

Product banners for product waitlists will turn into an opt-in form you can use to capture your customers' email addresses.


Closed products
We'll show a message stating that your product is closed, and your visitors won't be able to click through the link to purchase it.

Can the "Closed" message be removed?

Yes! You can check/uncheck the Product availability box under Product options to remove these messages from showing in your product banner section:
