At some point, you may want to download a list of all the email addresses you have in your Podia account.
You can export your entire contacts, individual customer lists for each one of your products, or even contacts that match a certain set of filters.
Exporting all of your contacts
Click on Audience in the sidebar menu.
Click on the Select All checkbox located next to the number of people displayed.
Click on the Actions menu and select "Export...".
Review the request and click on Export people. We'll send you an email with a .csv file containing all of your contacts once it's ready.
Exporting specific contacts
You can also export just specific contacts. Here's how to do it:
Click on Audience in the sidebar menu.
Check the boxes next to the contacts you'd like to export.
If you want, you can combine filters and segments to export specific contacts that meet a certain criteria - such as only people subscribed to emails.
To do that, click on the filter menu to apply a filter, select which filter you'd like to apply, and "Select all" from this result.
Click on the Actions menu and select "Export...".
Review the request and click on Export people. We'll send you an email with a .csv file containing all of your audience once it's ready.
Exporting customers from specific products
In order to export individual customer lists, click on Products in the sidebar menu.
Then, head over to the product you want to export your customer list from, click on "..." and choose "Export customers".
Exporting waitlists
In order to export subscribers from a waitlist, click on Products in the sidebar menu.
Head over to the product you want to export your waitlist subscribers from, click on the "..." button, and choose "Export subscribers".

No, these links will no longer continue to work after deleting your account.
Make sure to download any audience CSV export files that you've requested beforehand.

Address (Country, Region, City, Street)
Start date
Subscription status
At this time, the export does not contain a column that lists the tags associated with the customer.
