What happens to a contact’s purchases and invoices if I delete them?
What happens to a contact’s purchases and invoices if I delete them?
Before deleting a contact, open their profile and check whether they have any purchase history. If they do, their personal information on those invoices will be permanently scrambled after deletion.
The invoice records themselves remain in Sales → Invoices but will show as ‘deleted’ with personal data removed. This cannot be restored.
