At some point, you may need to update a person’s details in your audience, such as their name, applied tags, and email address.
To make edits to a contact's account information, just follow the steps below:
Click on Audience in the sidebar menu.
You will now see all of your contacts. You can use the search bar at the top to look for a specific account by name or email address.
To view a contact's full profile and make changes, click on their name.
Once on the contact profile, click on the "..." button on the top right of the profile page and select "Edit details".
You can also click the “…” button on the Contacts page and select “Edit details” from there.
Edit the information for your customer's profile. You'll be able to edit:
Name
Email
Tags
Click Save to save your changes.
