Here's how to get started with Podia email templates!
Using premade email templates
You can select a premade template for your emails whenever you create a new broadcast or new campaign.
From the Email Builder, click on "Premade templates" when designing a new email.
Selecting this option will bring up the template library so that you can choose from one of our professionally designed email templates.
Once you’ve found a template you love, you can either Preview or Apply it to your email.
Previewing a template will load the template up into a preview of the Email builder so you can see all the details – you’ll also be able to use the design tools to preview design changes to the template
Design changes made while previewing a template WILL NOT save to your email.
From here, you can do two things:
Click "Apply template" – this will set the template as the template for your email.
Once a template has been chosen, it cannot be changed later.
Click the back arrow to return to the template library to find a different template to preview/select.
Changing the design of a template
Once you’ve clicked "Use template" and selected your template, feel free to modify and change the design of the template you just selected.
You can do that by using the Global Style options menu at the right-hand side:
In the example below, we changed the background colors, padding and font options for our template:

Can I change the template of my email after I have already applied it?
Changing the template of an email after you have applied it is not possible.
In this case, we would recommend creating a new broadcast/campaign email and selecting a different template.
