When your subscription is canceled or your plan expires, the following will happen:
All recurring subscriptions and payment plans will be canceled
Any future payments for monthly or annual subscription plans, as well as product payment plans, will stop when your subscription is canceled.
Once your account is canceled, subscriptions and payment plans cannot be reinstated.
You will lose access to your admin dashboard
We recommend exporting any lists or files before canceling.
Your site will go offline immediately, and students will no longer be able to access the content they purchased.
Before canceling your Podia subscription, consider moving your content elsewhere and sharing access information with your students.
How long is content stored on Podia after my account is canceled?
If you cancel your subscription but decide to return, your content will be safely stored for 180 days.
During this time, you can log back in, choose a plan, and regain access to your courses, files, audience, and more—just as you left them.
