Viewing your product lets you preview exactly what your customers will see after signing up.
You can preview pretty much any product type, including online courses, downloads, events, etc.
Keep in mind that some actions are limited while you're viewing your product as a customer, such as viewing or taking quizzes.
Viewing your product as a customer
Here's how to view your product or event as a customer:
From your home feed, click on your site name and select Admin from the dropdown menu.
From the admin dashboard, use the sidebar menu and click:
Click "..." next to the product/event you'd like to view, and select "View product/event" from the dropdown menu.
You’ll be taken to the Products/Events tab in your home feed, where you can navigate through and view all the content included in the product or event you’re previewing.

No. Quizzes won’t be available while you’re viewing your product as a customer.
When using the customer view, quizzes are hidden from the course lesson overview on your end, even though they’ll still be visible and available to your customers.

If your course has delayed content, the preview won’t reflect exactly how content is released for enrolled customers, since delays are personalized for each person based on when they joined.
Instead of showing the actual unlock dates your customers will see, the preview will display the number of delay days you’ve configured.

Yes. You can preview draft products.
However, if a product doesn’t have any content yet, the preview option will be disabled.

When you’re logged into your Podia account as an admin and try to access member-only areas using the same browser session, you may see the following notice:
“You are in preview mode so some actions are limited.”
This message is only shown to account admins. It appears because your browser is still using your admin session cookies.
In most cases, there’s no need to log in with a separate customer account. Podia’s Home Feed already lets you experience your site from a member’s perspective while maintaining access to your admin account.
If you’d still like to test the experience using a separate member account, we recommend:
Logging into the member account in a different browser, or
Opening a private/incognito window and signing in as the member there
This creates a separate session and allows you to experience your site exactly as a member would, without any admin-related preview notices.
