Podia lets you customize the look and feel of your members’ logged-in experience by personalizing the Podia theme.
In this article, you’ll learn how to customize your Podia theme to match your brand and create a more personalized experience for your members.
Overview
By default, Podia uses a light color theme designed to provide a clean look and good accessibility across different devices.
Whether you prefer a clean, minimal design or want Podia to better match your brand, you can customize the experience your members see every time they log in.
Customizing your Podia theme changes:
The sidebar navigation menu in the Home Feed and Admin
Color of selected items
Online status indicators
Unread badges
Customizing your Podia theme doesn’t change:
Colors of the main Home Feed navigation
Colors of the Course, Events, Member directory, and other product viewer pages
Auth pages, such as the login and password reset screens
Popover colors
Changing your home feed theme
Here's how to change the home feed theme for members:
From your home feed, click on your site name and select Admin from the dropdown menu.
From the Admin dashboard, click Settings in the sidebar menu.
Click Edit next to the Theme option.
Choose one of the preset themes from the Presets list.
You can also customize each color individually using the available color settings:
Background: Changes the background color of the sidebar navigation.
Text: Changes the color of the text in the sidebar navigation.
Selection: Changes the color of the selected item in the sidebar navigation.
Unread: Changes the color of unread badges.
Online: Changes the color of the online status indicator.
Click Reset if you want to restore the default colors for the preset you’re currently using in case you made any unwanted changes.
As you update your colors, you’ll see a live preview of the changes in the Admin.
Your changes won’t be visible to members until you click Save.
Hit Save to save the theme changes for you and your members.

No. Podia doesn’t have a dark mode.
