Here's how to access and manage your Podia Chat settings:
From your dashboard, click on Settings in the sidebar menu and select the General sub-option.
โClick on Edit next to the Chat option.
โFrom there, you'll be able to customize and manage your chat Status and Availability options.

Here are the available settings:
Who can message you
Control who views the chat widget and is able to start conversations with you.
Enabled for everyone: Anyone who visits your site can send you a message. Since these visitors donโt have accounts, you might see random chat names.
Enabled for customers: Only logged-in customers can message you.
Disabled: The chat widget will be hidden from your website.
Status
Control how your status appears on your messaging widget.
Online: Only appear away when you're not logged in.
Away: Always appear as away.
