You can easily manage your Podia chat conversations — including archiving, deleting, or blocking specific chats.
Deleting a conversation
Deleting a conversation will remove it permanently from your database, and it cannot be restored.
Here's how to delete a Podia chat conversation:
From your Podia Chat page, click on the conversation you'd like to delete from left-hand menu.
Click on the "..." in the upper right corner of the conversation and select "Delete...".
Confirm you'd like to delete the conversation by clicking on "Delete conversation".
Blocking a conversation
Blocking a recipient means they can still send you messages, but you won’t receive notifications or see any of their messages in your inbox.
Here's how to block a Podia chat conversation:
From your Podia Chat page, click on the conversation you'd like to block from left-hand menu.
Click on the "..." in the upper right corner of the conversation and select "Block...".
Confirm you'd like to block the conversation by clicking on "Block conversation".
Archiving a conversation
Archiving a conversation removes it from your main chat list, but you can restore it anytime if you need to bring it back.
Here's how to archive a Podia chat conversation:
From your Podia Chat page, click on the conversation you'd like to archive from left-hand menu.
Click on the "..." in the upper right corner of the conversation and select "Archive...".
Confirm you'd like to block the conversation by clicking on "Archive conversation".
Managing blocked and archived conversations
You can manage your blocked and archived conversations directly from your Podia chat page. From there, you can unarchive conversations or unblock specific people whenever you’d like.
Here's how to manage blocked and archived conversations:
From your Podia Chat page, click on the Conversations title in the left-hand menu to open up the menu.
Select which one you'd like to manage - archived or blocked conversations.
From the archived/blocked conversations, use the left-hand menu to navigate, view, and manage the conversations.
