Viewing your customer's progress in an online course

Checking in on your student's progress is a great way to gauge your student's engagement or monitor where they may be getting stuck!

In this article, we'll go over how you can check your customers' progress within your courses.

Viewing a customer's progress

Here's how to view your customer's progress in an online course:

  1. From your home feed, click on your site name and select Admin from the dropdown menu.

  2. From the Admin dashboard, click Products in the sidebar menu.

  3. Click directly on the product name to bring up that product's audience list, along with an overview of their progress.

  4. Click the “…” next to the customer you’d like to check, then select View Progress to see a more detailed view of their course progress.

  5. The window that pops up will show each lesson they've completed, as well as the score they got on any quizzes!

    Here's what each one of the icons indicates:

  • A gray icon indicates the customer hasn't opened the lesson yet

  • A yellow icon indicates they have opened but not completed the lesson.

  • A green icon indicates they have viewed and completed the lesson.

FAQs

What is the difference between viewed and completed?

The sections will only show as completed once your customer marks the section as complete.

If they simply view the lesson and do not tick this checkbox, it will show only as viewed (with a yellow icon indicator next to its lesson).

Can I view the individual question scores on the course progress?

At this time, only the general quiz score is available for course reports.

You'll be able to view the overall score for the particular quiz as well as how many attempts they took.
