Let’s say you’ve set up a delayed course that keeps certain sections locked for a period of time, but some customers need immediate access to specific sections.
No worries — you can manually unlock any online course section for individual customers at any time.
Unlocking delayed sections
Here's how to unlock delayed sections for specific customers:
From your home feed, click on your site name and select Admin from the dropdown menu.
From the Admin dashboard, click Products in the sidebar menu.
Use the search bar or click specifically on the customer name that needs full or limited access.
Once you're in their contact profile, click "..." next to the product you'd like to unlock sections and select "Unlock sections...".
Select the sections you’d like to unlock, or use the Select All option to choose every section. Once you’re ready, click Unlock Sections.
You’ll see a “Sections unlocked” message at the bottom of the page confirming the sections were successfully unlocked. Your customer will then be able to access the sections you unlocked.
