Sometimes subscribers leave a campaign early. Here’s how that works in Podia, and what you can do to get those subscribers back on track.
Subscribers who exit a campaign can’t re-enter
Subscribers who leave a campaign early or complete it can’t re-enter that same campaign. This is expected behavior and helps keep your campaign data accurate.
Once someone exits or finishes a campaign, they won’t be added again—even if they meet the entry conditions later. If you want them to receive the sequence again, you’ll need to create a new campaign.
How to set up a new campaign for subscribers who exited
Here’s the simplest way to re-engage them:
Duplicate the original campaign (or create a new one).
Update your entry conditions to include the subscriber(s) you want to re-add — tags, email addresses, or other filters work great here.
Make sure your exit conditions won’t remove them again.
Activate the new campaign when you’re ready.
