Error 1015 indicates a customer has been rate limited.
This error can happen if we detect a high amount of traffic coming from the same device or IP address. It can also be triggered by:
Using a VPN
Opening many tabs at the same time
Refreshing the page too often
Too many failed login attempts
How to fix this
The restriction will be lifted automatically after a few minutes. We recommend waiting until it’s fully removed before trying again.
You can also ask the customer to disable their VPN (if they’re using one) or try again from a different device or internet connection.
