FAQs
My members see a titled box of links in their home feed sidebar — what is it and how do I edit it?
My members see a titled box of links in their home feed sidebar — what is it and how do I edit it?
That titled box is your Custom Links section. When you add custom links in Admin → Settings → Links and give the section a title, members see it as a labeled box in the right-side panel of their home feed.
To edit or remove those links, go to Admin → Settings → Member area and click Edit next to Links. From there you can update the title, add new links, reorder them, or delete individual links. To remove the box entirely, delete all links in that section.
Can I hide custom links from specific members or plans?
Can I hide custom links from specific members or plans?
No. Custom links are visible to all members who have access to your home feed — there is no way to restrict them to specific plans, membership tiers, or member groups.
If you need links or content that only paid members can see, the best approach is to use spaces with access restricted to specific plans, or to configure product visibility to limit which members can see a product.
