By default, Podia automatically detects your timezone based on your browser settings.
You can also manually choose a different timezone if you prefer, so activity and timestamps in your account match your local time.
This setting controls which timezone is used to display activity timestamps across your account, such as when chat messages are sent, posts and comments are made, replies happen, and when products become available.
Managing your account's timezone
Here's how to set your account's timezone:
From your home feed, click your profile icon in the bottom-left corner and select Account.
From your Account settings, click Edit next to Timezone.
By default, Podia will automatically set your timezone based on your browser settings. You don't need to do anything about it if your timezone looks correct.
Alternatively, you can turn off the Set my timezone automatically option and choose your timezone manually.
Simply uncheck the box and select your preferred timezone from the dropdown menu.
Click Done to save your changes.
FAQs
What do timezone settings affect?
What do timezone settings affect?
Your timezone setting controls how all activity timestamps appear in your account. This includes (but is not limited to):
When chat messages are sent
When posts and comments are made
When replies happen
When products become available in your product dashboard
If you’re an admin, your timezone also affects admin-related activity, such as:
When sales are recorded
When new activity appears in your account
When emails are scheduled
Product start dates and delays
These are just examples, and your timezone setting applies to other time-based activity across your account as well.
