The Dashboard is the first screen you see each time you log into your Podia Account.
Here, you can see a brief overview of some analytics as well as navigate to any other site resources as well. Let's walk through what you'll see on your Dashboard.
Navigation menu
The sidebar menu will give you access to Podia’s core features, such as creating products, community subscriptions, manage your audience & more.
You can click on each of these options to access any of the desired features:
Account name - Expands a series of account options - such as billing, media & more.
Website - Opens up a page where you can view and edit your site pages.
Products - Access the products page so you can create and manage your products.
Community - Access the community page so you can view and manage your community.
Email - Access the email page so you can create and send email broadcasts and email campaigns.
Inbox - Access your Inbox, where you can view and manage comments and notifications across your Podia account.
Chat - Access your Podia chat page, so you can view and send message to customers.
Audience - Access the audience dropdown to manage your audience and affiliates.
Affiliates - Access the affiliates page, where you'll be able to view and manage your affiliate program.
Sales - access the sales dropdown to see a detailed list of your sales as well as create coupon codes.
Settings - Access your Settings page.
Recent notifications
The recent notifications area displays all of your recent notifications - including comments, replies to discussions, comment replies & more!
Recent activity
The recent activity area displays any recent activity, such as new sales, recent newsletter signups, the latest members of your community plan, and more.
The following are things you will see here and what they mean:
Signed up for...: Someone who has enrolled into a product, with the product name listed.
Joined...: Someone who signs up for a subscription plan to your community, with the plan name listed.
Canceled their ___ plan: Someone who cancels their subscription plan, with the plan name listed.
Subscribed for email...: Someone who signs up to your audience list via an email form.
Waitlisted for...: Someone who adds their email to a waitlisted product, with the product name listed.
New subscriber: Someone who signs up for your newsletter list.
Deleted customer: Someone whose account has been fully deleted, either by your action or theirs.
Overview
The overview area grants a a high-level look at your site’s activity.
This area will display:
Audience - number of subscribers, customers and members.
Sales - number of sales, your revenue and MRR.
Community - you can see the number of posts, likes and comments on your community.
Below are terms you'll come across here and what they mean:
Customers: A customer is anyone who has purchased or signed up for any of your products (online courses, digital downloads, webinars, coaching sessions or bundles).
Subscribers: Number of active subscribers on your account - those eligible to receive your broadcasts and campaigns.
Members: People subscribed to your community and part of a specific subscription plan (free or paid).
Sales: Number of paid products you've sold. Free products won't appear here
Revenue: Your revenue is all of the money you've earned using Podia. It's a combination of revenue made from selling products and subscription plans.
MRR: Your Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) is the total monthly revenue you're earning from people who are subscribed to your paid subscription plans.
Product payment plans are NOT included in MRR calculations.
