Once you start making sales, you'll want to keep an eye on your invoices report to track how much money you're making.
From the Invoices page, you'll be able to view and export your sales invoices.
Viewing sales invoices
Here's how to view your sales invoices:
From your Home Feed, click on your site name and select Admin from the dropdown menu.
From the Admin dashboard, click Sales in the sidebar menu.
You'll be taken to your Invoices page, where all of your sales invoices will be listed.
Click on the number of an invoice to access a particular invoice and see its details.
You can also filter your invoices by using the filter option in the upper-right corner. Click to filter for free, paid, canceled, refunded & more options.
Exporting sales data
If you need a bigger picture of your sales, you can download a complete history of all of your sales.
Here's how to export sales data:
From the invoices page, click Export.
From the dropdown menu, select the date range of invoices you'd like to export.
If you choose a Custom data range, specify the exact start and end dates for the export.
Once you’ve selected your date range, click Export. When the export is ready, a CSV file containing your invoice data will be sent to your email address.
Your invoices export will contain the following information:
Invoice information: such as invoice number and date
Customer information: such as customer's email and name
Address information: such as country, region, city, postal code and address
Payment information: such as payment method and status
Purchase information: such as items, subtotal, discount, total, Podia Fee (if applied), revenue, currency and coupon
Tax information: such as tax amount, tax name, tax rate and tax ID

No, there is not a way to delete invoices or purchase records.
Does the CSV export only include the invoices that match the filters selected on the sales overview page?

No, the CSV will include a list of all invoices associated with your account.
Adding filters on the invoice page in Podia will not affect the exported CSV. To filter sales data in the export, you will need to add and apply filters in Excel or Google Sheets directly.

Our invoices export will only export your completed/refunded invoices at this time - not the canceled ones. It's not possible at this time to export canceled invoices.

The sales data export uses the same timezone that’s configured for your Podia account, so all dates and timestamps in the exported file will match your account’s timezone settings.
