Why did I receive a "New login detected" email?
If you have received a “New login detected” email, it means a new successful login has happened to your Podia account.
It could be that you have logged in on a different device than you used to, or that our security cookies have expired and you just need to renew your security information.
This email will contain the device the login has been detected, as well as when the login happened. It should look something like this:
These emails CANNOT be deactivated at this time.
What if I don’t recognize this login?
If you don’t recognize the browser or the login, you can delete the session directly from your Podia account.
Simply navigate to your Security settings and hit the “x” icon next to the session you’d like to be removed.
If you’re concerned about your account security, the best thing to do is to change your account’s password and make sure it is secure and unique.
