Podia’s affiliate dashboard helps you easily view and manage all your affiliates to keep everything on track.
You can check individual stats, see who is generating the most clicks and sales, and access other key details to ensure your affiliate program runs smoothly.
Viewing affiliates
Here's how to view your affiliates directly from your Podia dashboard.
From your Podia dashboard, click on Affiliates in the sidebar menu and select the Affiliates option.
You'll be taken to a list with all of your affiliates.
From there, you'll be able to view stats of each affiliate's clicks, referrals, sales & more!
Managing affiliate access to your program
You can easily manage who has access to your affiliate program, even if they have already been invited.
Controlling access lets you quickly remove an affiliate, disabling their links and stopping new commissions from being generated.
To manage access for a specific affiliate, simply use the toggle under the Access column on your affiliates page to grant or remove their access.
Managing individual affiliates
If you'd like to check additional stats for a single affiliate, here's what you can do:
From your affiliates page, click on the name of the particular affiliate you'd like to see.
You'll be taken to the profile of that specific affiliate.
From there, you will be able to check their latest referrals, revoke/grant access to the affiliate program, pay them through PayPal & more!
You can also check all links from a particular affiliate by clicking on the Links tab from their profile.
This is helpful if they need an extra push or are having trouble finding specific links.
