The EU General Data Protection Regulation sets laws around what companies can do with your data. Podia has always taken your privacy seriously. Our customers (and your customers) data has never, and will never be sold to a third party.

What is GDPR?

For a complete overview of GDPR, check out this guide from the Information Commissioner’s Office.

In summary, GDPR:

  • Lets people request a copy of all data that a business stores about them at no cost, and to have that data permanently deleted upon request.

  • Requires companies to report data breaches when those breaches include personally identifying information.

  • Doesn’t allow businesses to use data for actions that people didn’t explicitly consent to.

How we're complying (and helping you comply)

We've updated our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service to make clear exactly what information we collect and how we use it. These changes cover both your relationship with Podia, as well as your relationship with your customers.

You can always access our most up-to-date Privacy Policy at podia.com/privacy, and our Terms of Service at podia.com/terms.
