If you no longer want to accept new customers for a product, you can close it for new sign-ups directly in Podia.
Note: Closing your product for new sign-ups won’t affect existing customers — they’ll still keep access.
Customers can also continue to enroll if the product is part of a bundle or included with other products.
Here’s how to easily close new sign-ups for your products:
From your dashboard, click on Products in the sidebar menu,
Click on the Edit icon next to the product you'd like to close signups for.
Navigate to the Availability tab.
Next to Access, click on Edit and then modify the product visibility settings.
Select "Closed" to prevent customers from signing up or "Open" to make them available for sign-up on your site.
