If you no longer want to accept new customers for a product, you can close it for new sign-ups directly in Podia.
Note: Closing your product for new sign-ups won’t affect existing customers — they’ll still keep access.
Customers can also continue to enroll if the product is part of a bundle or included with other products.
Here’s how to easily close new sign-ups for your products:
In the sidebar menu, click on Products. From there, click on the Edit button on the far right of your product.
On the product page, select Edit, and once editing your product, navigate to the Availability tab.
Next to Access click on Edit and then modify the product visibility settings.
Select "Closed" to prevent customers from signing up or "Open" to make them available for sign-up on your site.
