Admin settings give you control over how your Podia account is managed, including settings that affect different areas of your account.

In this article, we’ll walk you through the available Admin settings.

Accessing your Admin settings

Here's how to access your Admin settings:

  1. From your home feed, click on your site name and select Admin from the dropdown menu.

  2. From your Admin dashboard, click Settings in the sidebar menu.

  3. You'll be taken to the Admin Settings page. From here, you can manage different aspects of your Podia account.

Here are the available Admin settings groups and the areas of your Podia account each one controls:

  • General: Manages account-wide branding and defaults, including your site language, currency, logo, Assistants, theme, and Podia branding.

  • Onboarding: Controls how new members get started, including profile setup, the welcome message on your Home feed, and the upgrade button shown to free members.

  • Member area: Manages the logged-in member experience, including Chat, badges, notifications, Home feed sorting, the Products page, and member profile visibility.

  • Shop: Controls where your Shop appears and how products are presented to logged-in members.

  • Domain: Manages your Podia subdomain or the custom domain connected to your site.

  • Email: Controls email subscription preferences, sender details, mailing address, email form settings, and open tracking.

  • Payments: Manages your currency, payment processors, tax collection, invoices, customer addresses, and checkout preferences.

  • Integrations: Connects Podia with supported third-party services and controls how information is shared between them

  • Blog: Manages your blog email template, RSS feed, and default comment visibility, and includes the option to delete your blog.

  • Analytics: Connects analytics and advertising tools to your site and manages website and conversion tracking codes.
