The first time you log in to your Podia account, you’ll land on your home feed.
The home feed lets you experience your account the same way a customer does. You can see recent activity, interact with posts, and join discussions.
If you want to make changes to your site, blog, products, or other settings, you’ll need to access the Admin dashboard.
In this article, we’ll show you how to access the Admin dashboard.
Accessing the Admin dashboard
If you’d like to make changes to your site — such as editing a product, updating your website, or viewing account stats — you’ll need to use your Admin dashboard.
Here’s how to access it:
From your home feed, click on your site name and select Admin from the dropdown menu.
You’ll be taken to your Admin dashboard, where you can manage your Podia account.

Can I make changes to my Podia account directly from the Home feed?
No. The home feed is only for viewing activity across your Podia account and interacting with members, such as reacting and replying to posts and comments, for example.
To make edits or changes to your site, blog, products, settings, and more, you’ll need to access your Admin dashboard.
Why can’t I find or access my products, pages, or site content?
Why can’t I find or access my products, pages, or site content?
If you’re using the new Podia, you might not see options to edit products, sales pages, or other content where you expect. This is because content is not managed from the home feed.
In the new Podia, all content — including products, pages, and sales pages — is managed from the Admin area. The home feed is used to help you visualize your account as a member, interact across spaces and products, access chat, and create posts.
If you’re not seeing options where you expect — or it feels like something is missing (such as sharing products, viewing links, managing sales pages, editing products, or creating coupons) — make sure you access the Admin dashboard first.
Once you’re in the Admin area, you’ll find all the options you’re looking for.
