Once you start sending out email broadcasts, you'll want to keep an eye on your analytics to see how everything is going.
In your broadcast reports, you'll be able to track open rates, clicks, unsubscribes, and more. You can access these reports in a variety of ways!
Broadcasts analytics overview
To view some high-level statistics for your broadcasts, you can do the following:
Click on "Email" in the sidebar menu and select "Broadcasts".
You can view your general broadcast analytics on the cards at the top of the page. From there, you can view stats such as:
Sent
Open
Click
Sales
Revenue
Bounce
Unsubscribe
We also display dedicated stats for your most recently sent broadcast.
Individual broadcasts analytics
To view statistics for a specific broadcast, follow these steps:
Click on "Email" in the sidebar menu and select "Broadcasts".
Click on the subject line of the email you'd like to access statistics for.
On the page that opens, you will be able to view a summary of Details, Recipients, and Analytics.
The analytics report for your selected broadcast will include:Sent - The number of emails sent, including all received and bounced.
Open - The number of emails that were opened. Podia tracks an email as opened when the bottom pixel is triggered, which means the subscriber must scroll to the bottom of the email for it to count as an open.
Click - The number of opened emails that had at least one linked clicked, excluding unsubscribe and view in browser links.
Sale - The number of opened emails whose clicked links resulted in a product or community sign-up.
Revenue - The total revenue from sales originating from clicked links from opened emails (in your current currency).
Bounce - The number of sent emails that were never received.
Unsubscribe - The number of emails received that led to unsubscribe link clicks.

After you send an email, it may take a few minutes for the analytics to update.
If you don’t see updated stats right away, we recommend waiting a couple of hours before checking again.
