What do I do if my Podia subscription payment fails?
If your Podia payment encounters an issue, you will receive an email notification informing you that we were unable to process your most recent payment.
Your Podia subscription payment can fail for a few reasons:
Your card may have expired
There might not be enough funds available
The card details you provided could be incorrect
Your bank could have declined the transaction (reasons unknown to us)
Please ensure that your card has adequate funds, is still valid, and can accept subscription payments. You also have the option to update your payment method directly from your Billing Page.
Podia will automatically make several attempts to process the failed payment over a 2-week period to ensure the successful renewal of your Podia subscription.
This process will be done automatically and there is no need to contact our team to have your payment retried.

We automatically retry the payment a few times over a few weeks. If we're still unable to collect the payment after this time, your plan will be canceled and your account will be closed.

When your plan is canceled, your account is closed. This means:
Your site will be unpublished and won't be accessible anymore
You won't be able to access your Podia dashboard
All recurring subscriptions and payment plans will be canceled
Customers won't be able to access their purchases anymore
Your custom domain will be disconnected
Any active email campaigns will be paused
