FAQ

What do I do if a payment fails?

Check out this article for how to manage failed payments!

Will the payment retry?

In the event that a payment payment plan installment fails for any reason, we retry the customer's card on file three times, three days in a row.

If the charge fails after the third attempt, that monthly payment is then canceled and we won't retry again automatically. 🚫

To retry a payment that has been cancelled, you will need to contact us to reopen the invoice.
