Chat with Penny
Penny, our AI assistant, is a chatbot that that will be your first point of contact when you need assistance. 💜
On a computer: Penny is accessible through the Podia widget that is found in the lower right corner of Admin dashboard.
On mobile: Click on the messaging icon at the top-right corner of your Admin dashboard.

As our AI assistant, Penny's trained on our entire help center! When you ask Penny a question, talk to her as if she were a human! She understands best when you phrase your messages as questions.

Contact our support team
After chatting with Penny, if she is unable to answer your question, simply ask to speak to a human in the chat window and she will connect you to our team.
Alternatively, you can email our support team directly at [email protected].
Reviewing your chat history
To view your past chats with Penny and members of our support team, you can click the chat widget, then toggle to the Messages tab.
If you are not seeing the Messages tab at the bottom, it is likely that you are already in an open chat with Penny.
To see your message history, you'll need to first click the back arrow beside Penny's name in the widget, and then click the Messages tab on the page that follows.
