Here's how to download files from your media library:
From your home feed, click on your site name and select Admin from the dropdown menu.
From the Admin dashboard, click Files in the sidebar menu.
Find the file you want to download.
Click the download icon next to the file you want to download. The download will begin shortly.

Bulk downloading files is not supported, so your files need to be downloaded individually.
Does Podia store the original video/audio files I uploaded to the platform?

No, we don’t store the original uncompressed files you upload to your Media Library. Video and audio files are processed and compressed by our streaming services to optimize them for streaming and performance.
This means that videos and audios you upload will be converted into a version that works best for playback on Podia.
When you download files from your Media Library, you’ll receive the processed (compressed) version, not the original file.
For this reason, we recommend keeping a separate backup of your original files if you’d like to retain access to them.
