The Files Library stores all the files you upload to Podia, giving you a central place to view, download, and delete them.

Items are added to your Files Library automatically whenever you upload them across your account.

Adding items to the Files Library

Files are automatically added to your Files Library whenever you upload them anywhere in your Podia account.

To add a file to the Files Library, simply upload it in any supported area—such as your website, the text editor, or an online course—and it will be saved there automatically.

As you upload files, they will automatically appear in your Files Library, where you can view, download, delete, and reuse them across other areas of your account.

FAQs

Can I upload a file directly to the Files Library?

No.

Files must be uploaded through the various uploaders in your Podia account, such as courses, digital downloads, or the site builder.

When you upload files in these places, they are automatically added to your Media Library.

Do files uploaded by members/customers appear in my Files library?

No. Files uploaded by your members or customers will not appear in your Files library.
