You can easily reuse videos and files you’ve already uploaded to your Files Library across lessons, site pages, products, community, and more.
You only need to upload a file once. After that, it’s available to use again across your site, as many times as you’d like, with just a few clicks.
Reusing Files Library items
You can reuse files from your Files Library across different places in your Podia account.
To do that, first upload the file from your computer to a product, your site, community, blog post, etc.
Once a file is uploaded to your Files Library, you can reuse it across other areas of your account by following these steps:
Go to the area where you want to reuse the file, such as your site, products, blog, or community.
Files can be reused across different parts of your account, like adding an image to your website or using a video in another lesson.
Click the uploader and select the "Search files..." option.
Type the name of your file in the search field and click on it to select it.
Only compatible file types will appear based on where you’re adding the file — for example, image fields will only show image files, and video fields will only show video files. Unsupported file types won't be available to select.
And that’s it! Your file will automatically load and be added to the desired location.
