If you need to cancel an active subscription you bought through Podia from one of our creators, here's how to do it:
From your home feed, click on the site name you're part of and select Billing from the dropdown menu.
From your Billing page, click Cancel plan to cancel an active community subscription.
A confirmation window will appear asking if you’d like to proceed with the cancellation. If you’re sure, click Cancel to confirm.
You will still have access to the content of your subscription until the end of your current billing cycle

If the user's site has been closed, the site is no longer accessible.
If you paid the creator through Podia, any subscriptions were canceled when the creator's account was closed.

No, free subscriptions (or paid subscriptions you received for free by using a coupon) cannot be cancelled at this time.
You will need to reach out to the creator you purchased from and ask them to remove you from the subscription if you no longer wish to have access to it.
