Canceling someone's subscription is quick and easy and can be done directly from your subscriptions page.
Canceling a member's subscription
Follow the steps below to cancel a community member subscription on Podia.
In the sidebar menu, click on Sales and navigate to the Subscriptions submenu.
Click on "..." next to the profile who you'd like to cancel subscriptions for
Select Cancel subscription
Review and confirm you'd like to cancel its subscription.
If you'd like to allow the customer to retain access, toggle the "Allow product access" option.
If you'd like to revoke the customer's access, untoggle the "Allow product access" option. In this case, the subscription will be canceled immediately.
