Canceling someone's subscription is quick and easy and can be done directly from your subscriptions page.
You can cancel a customer's subscription immediately or at the end of the billing cycle.
Canceling someone's subscription
Follow the steps below to cancel someone's product/plan subscription on Podia.
From your home feed, click on your site name and select Admin from the dropdown menu.
From the Admin dashboard, click Sales > Subscriptions in the sidebar menu.
Click on the subscription you'd like to cancel.
On the subscription page, click on Cancel subscription.
Select if you'd like the customer to have access until the end of the billing cycle, or have the subscription canceled immediately.
Click Cancel to confirm the cancellation. This process cannot be reverted.

Yes. Podia sends the customer an email letting them know the subscription has been canceled.
If you cancel the subscription immediately, the email is sent right away. If you schedule the subscription to end after the current billing cycle, the email is sent when the subscription ends.
