Understanding your affiliates' experience

This guide goes over what your affiliates will see when they sign up for your affiliate program

Written by Rodrigo

Ensuring your affiliate’s success is one of the best ways to guarantee that your affiliate program will succeed.

The more confident your affiliates feel with your program, the better they’ll be able to help you promote your products.

In this article, we will share more about your affiliates’ experience and what they will see when they sign up for your affiliate program.

Joining your affiliate program

Potential affiliates can join your affiliate program in different ways, depending on your affiliate program's settings:

  • If your affiliate program is set to Invite-only, affiliates will only be able to join through an invite from you.

  • If your affiliate program is set to Open, affiliates can join through an invite, by signing up for one of your products, or by signing up for a dedicated affiliate product.

  • If your affiliate program is set to Closed, people won't be able to join and affiliate links will stop generating commissions.

No matter how they join your affiliate program, they'll need to log in to their account to be able to access their affiliate dashboard.

Affiliates can login at anytime to their customer account by visiting:
https://www.yoursiteurl.com/login

Accessing the affiliate's dashboard

Here's how affiliates can access their affiliate dashboard:

  1. Affiliates will need to log in to their accounts. From their home feed, they'll need to click on your site name, and select Affiliate program from the dropdown menu.

  2. They’ll be taken to their Affiliate Dashboard.

Once they start generating sales, they’ll be able to view their referrals, track their earnings, see which commissions have been paid, and monitor any commissions that are still pending.

Finding affiliate links

Affiliates can view their links at any time from their affiliate dashboard.

All they'll need to do is click on View all links from the right-hand menu.

From there, they'll be taken to a page with all of the links they can use to share the products of your site.
