Podia transaction fees are only charged on sales if you are on our Mover plan.
What are Podia transaction fees?
If you are on the Mover plan, your sales will be subject to Podia transaction fees. The rate of these transaction fees are 5% of each sale.
Upgrading to a Shaker plan allows you to gain access to more features as well as avoid this 5% fee!
How are transaction fees applied?
When a sale is made on Podia:
Full Purchase Price: The customer pays the full price set for your product.
Transaction Fee Deduction: Podia deducts a transaction fee from the sales amount.
Payment Processor Fee: Stripe (or PayPal) also takes their fee from the sale.
Where to see transaction fees
To find Podia’s transaction fees on your sales:
Go to Sales page in your Podia dashboard.
Click the individual sales invoices to see breakdowns that include Podia’s transaction fee.
Alternatively, you can download the Sales Export to get an overview of fees for each sale.
