Their home feed is customized based on what they’ve signed up for. From there, they can view announcements, access their products, explore other offers, and connect with you and other members — all in one place.

Understanding community in the new Podia
Built-in community access
Anyone who creates an account on your site will get free access to your community.
This means they’ll gain access when they take actions like purchasing a product or signing up for a free product.
You can control what this free access includes by choosing which spaces they can view and whether they can access any products included with your membership.
When someone joins, they’ll see a personalized home feed based on what this free access includes, along with any products they’ve signed up for.
Paid community plans
Members can also join a paid community plan directly. Access to spaces will depend on the settings you’ve configured for any of your paid plans.
You can create different tiers that unlock more spaces, products, or content depending on the price and benefits you want to offer for each paid plan.

No. Customers can only sign up for one community plan at a time. They can easily change plans directly from their billing settings.

Enable the Join button in your site header. This button takes visitors to your Plans page, where they can sign up for a paid plan or join your community for free by creating an account.
Once enabled, you can share your site URL, and visitors will see the Join button in the header. For more details, see Managing the "Join" button on your site.
Users who join for free will only have access to open topics or products that you include in your free membership.
