Podia lets you add notes to contact profiles, helping you keep track of who they are, what they’re working on, and what they may need next.
Notes appear in the contact’s activity timeline alongside their other activity. The next time you view their profile, you’ll have all their relevant context in one place.
In this article, we'll show you how to add, edit, and delete contact notes.
Adding a note
Here's how to add a note:
From your home feed, click on your site name and select Admin from the dropdown menu.
Click Audience in the sidebar menu.
You’ll see a list of everyone in your audience.
Use the search bar at the top of the page to find a specific contact by their name or email address. Once you’ve found the correct account, click the contact’s name to open their contact page.
On the Activity tab, use the Notes field to write a new note.
Notes have a 10,000-character limit
Click Add note to add it.
Once added, the note will appear in the contact's activity feed.
Editing a note
Here's how to edit an existing note:
Click "..." next to the note you'd like to edit and select Edit note.
Make your changes using the note text editor.
Click Save to save your changes.
Deleting a note
Here's how to delete a note:
Click "..." next to the note you'd like to edit and select Delete note.
Click Delete to confirm. The note will be permanently removed and can’t be recovered.
