If you logged in to your account and were asked to create a new password, here’s why.
Starting in October 2026, anyone who used the same email address to join multiple Podias can access all of them from one account.
You can now move between the Podias you’re part of, whether as an admin or a customer, view your content, and interact with others without repeatedly logging in and out of separate accounts.
As part of this update, your existing accounts are being combined into a single account, and you'll be asked to set a new unified password.
Here’s what you’ll need to do:
The next time you log in, you’ll be asked to verify your email address to confirm that you own it.
Once verified, you’ll be asked to create a new password. You’ll use this password to access your unified Podia accounts moving forward.
After setting it up, use your new password whenever you log in.

People won't have access to any accounts you own and you'll only have access to accounts you might have signed up in the past.
